This is a very professional dealer. They take the time to listen, acknowledge the problems, and go out of their way to schedule you an appointment that is most convenient to you. Total xxxxxxxx the last time I went their for the service department. Took the motor out of my window after lying to me about the problem and then put a wooden doorstop in my window to prop it up after stati department. Took the motor out of my window after lying to me about the problem and then put a wooden doorstop in my window to prop it up after stating they couldn’t put the motor back in my window and gave it back to be in a cardboard box. It’s funny when you get treated like you know nothing about cars, never judge a book by its cover. After the way I was lied to I Honestly can’t ever see myself going back. Scheduled my air bag recall service here. Car was dropped off at 9:30 and promised back to me by 3. Wasn’t finished until 3:45, and I had to scramble to find someone to pick up my son from school.
