1st service on new car I made an 8 am appointment a week ahead for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my car off at 8 am. I asked for my car to be ready by lunch time when I had a ride back to the shop. By 12:15 I had not received a phone call. When I called the service dept. no one answered the phone. It was well after 1:30 before I received a call my car was ready. I was not happy with this at all. I had to find another way to get to the shop. More

Had my alternator die, Secor provided loaner car for duration, everyone was amicable and friendly. I find the rates a little high so not all my car service is done there but the majority is.
