I had asked at last servicing and this one a month or so again,, I have paid for extra service protection, the car is only a year and 1/2 old , very few miles and still , of course, under warranty . Do they not care about customer requests because I am a senior.? They had no problem taking my $$ when I purchased the car. Never offered to set up my phone for me either . Disappointed. More

Purchased my new 2010 outback here. Dealership has been fine until 3 months ago when I was treated poorly and nastily told not to bring my business back for oil changes. At purchase, I was promised free a fine until 3 months ago when I was treated poorly and nastily told not to bring my business back for oil changes. At purchase, I was promised free alternate oil changes, and received them over ten years, and was now told I couldn't do that anymore by service manager. Very disappointed. Was also shouted at and humiliated in front of other customers. More
