The online appointment scheduler allowed me to book an appointment while the technicians were at lunch causing the wait to be longer. This was not the technicians fault. I recently drove in 5 minutes before closing with a screw in my tire. “No problem”. Amazing service I believe the name of the person who helped me was Lauren. She took a look at the tire and after realizing it would need to be patcheset me up with a loaner and I was able to pick my car up first thing next morning. This is why I buy Subaru’s.
