The online appointment scheduler allowed me to book an appointment while the technicians were at lunch causing the wait to be longer. This was not the technicians fault. I would have appreciated the free car wash that comes with the service but no hard feelings they were busy. They also were nice enough to check to see if they had a bumper cover and installed it. I recently drove in 5 minutes before closing with a screw in my tire. “No problem”. Amazing service I believe the name of the person who helped me was Lauren. She took a look at the tire and after realizing it would need to be patcheset me up with a loaner and I was able to pick my car up first thing next morning. This is why I buy Subaru’s.
