Overall good service. I was called back and told the card was ready. Drove over to pick it up and I asked if it was vacuumed. They said no but it could be done “if I wanted”. This time they finally got all the things right.. the only thing they neglected to do, which they have in the past, is to completely vacuum out the interior. Satisfied with all experiences with the Service Dept. The vehicle loaner program is a rarity and greatly appreciated. Very through inspection of vehicle at each service appointment, sanitation, and even a co vehicle loaner program is a rarity and greatly appreciated. Very through inspection of vehicle at each service appointment, sanitation, and even a complimentary car wash. Some weakness in the communication between customer & service Dept. However, kudos to the Internet coordinator for calling me after I left an online service request. I didn’t expect a reply until the next day. He called me that same night ( after 9 p.m) to acknowledge my concern & and facilitate scheduling an appointment.i was pleasantly surprised. More

Appointment for tires was made a week prior. The car was dropped off at 730 am and loaner was given. Called at noon was told 4. We arrived at 430 and car was not looked at. We were told the tires did not ar dropped off at 730 am and loaner was given. Called at noon was told 4. We arrived at 430 and car was not looked at. We were told the tires did not arrive until noon! We should have been called to reschedule, were never told. We were offered the loaner but had to shift plans for the next day. Lack of communication and way too long for tires. Lauren was excellent when she returned and on the follow up with the shimmy. More
