Secor Subaru - Service Center

Secor Subaru is an outstanding dealership. My wife and I have purchased four Subaru Outbacks from Secor over the last 20 years. Our last visit to their service center was unplanned. We were out for a medical appointment and when we started to go home we had difficulty starting the engine and the warning signals for the door lock system would not turn off. We drove directly to Secor service center. The service manager immediately came out to check on the problem. When he could not diagnose the problem without further investigation we were offered a loaner car. The next day the service center determined that the car's battery would no longer hold a charge. The battery was replaced under Subaru's extended warranty program and the car has been working perfectly since then. More

I have never had such wonderful service from a body shop, They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and worked well with the insurance company. As far as I'm concerned they went above and beyond. They even picked up and delivered my car (at the time I was out of state), looking like new again. They could not have made it any less painless.
