Mostly as expected Came in for 6month service for new Outback. Facilities were adequate l, but pretty spare compared to other dealerships. Despite having an appointment, it still took about two hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and NAV system firmware update. The ~$100 charge was about double what it would be @ Midas. (Firmware update is a free/warranty item. Issue with adjustment of cruise control acceleration left unresolved ( choice of choosing ‘economy’ setting, as shown on YouTube video, had disappeared) . Regardless, I will not hesitate to return to Secor for warranteed work. More

Highly Satisfied I had an issue with an ignition key that wouldn't extract. Service writer had me come in to verify problem and stated they may have to order parts dep I had an issue with an ignition key that wouldn't extract. Service writer had me come in to verify problem and stated they may have to order parts depending on what was found. Tech found the fault and part was in stock. I figured I would have to come back but Service offered to fix out now. In 2 hours I was on my way. It's nice to be fitted into an already busy schedule. I purchased my Outback at the right dealership. Car was washed to boot! Mr Fulton is a good guy, kept me updated on job progress and took care of me promptly. More

I had noticed green axle grease when I was checking my oil. . later to find out it was the cv boots. hoping the axles where ok. they fixed my lights. I returned the next day . they fixed it. I noticed the car shakes at 70 miles on the highway. feels funny the front wheels . my brakes made a horrible noise when wet and backing up in my driveway. going to have my tires rotated and need a whole wheel alignment..just hope the person working wasn't rushed. I have to drive a safe car. .... More
