Friendly and accommodating Although there was a snafu with the online scheduling system, they still took my car and had it ready for me in less than an hour, vacuumed and washed Although there was a snafu with the online scheduling system, they still took my car and had it ready for me in less than an hour, vacuumed and washed. The people there are always friendly and the waiting room is very comfortable. I was able to take advantage of the work area and the free WiFi to do some work on my laptop while waiting. Secor is fantastic! More

slower that usual for some reason my last service was oil and filter change with an appointment. checked in @ 0820 and checked out at 1019. 2 hours for an oil change is too long to w my last service was oil and filter change with an appointment. checked in @ 0820 and checked out at 1019. 2 hours for an oil change is too long to wait. perhaps the free car wash was backlogged and caused the delay. if so, I'll opt-out of the wash next time. at the service prior to this I was over-charged about $250. I reviewed the invoice before leaving the service center and was promptly refunded when I pointed it out. (Glad I caught it). these are the first issues I have had since purchasing my car from they in 2010 and I have had ALL the service done there. Something has changed in the recent past and I hope they work out the issues. More
