Fantastic experience!! This was my first visit to secor Subaru. I had a recall on my vehicle. Service not as promised Very disappointing experience!!!!! 2 hours to perform and oil change and rotate tires with a confirmed appointment. They said 1 hour when I scheduled. Very disappointing experience!!!!! 2 hours to perform and oil change and rotate tires with a confirmed appointment. They said 1 hour when I scheduled. They also didn’t perform minor tasks requested nor cleaned inside of vehicle as advertised..... had to remind them to wash car as well which was performed in a hurry. I really don’t understand the value proposition here. When buying my 2018 outback they promised the world..... well I guess car sales hasn’t changed much.... lesson learned More
Great experience! I brought my car in for an alignment and was going to wait for it. When they told me I needed a new strut and that was needed before the alignment, I I brought my car in for an alignment and was going to wait for it. When they told me I needed a new strut and that was needed before the alignment, I would have been there all morning!. They found me a loaner and I was able to do all my errands before my car was ready so that my morning wasn't a total loss! More

Naturally the warranty was good for only one year. Still, I believe they should stand behind their work. After delivering this news they tried to charge us $200 for an oil change and a light bulb. Took about 15 minutes for them to find the right "code" and present a reasonable bill. For years they had the same people working at the service desk. All those guys were gone. Not sure what that means, but it did something to taint our experience. More

Not sure if I was insulted, but my wallet did hurt I went in for a larger mileage related service. It seemed like they didn't think I was prepared to pay, I couldn't wait the 3 hours, and I was ignorant to car services because I am a young person (dare I say a millennial). I was slowly talked to about each aspect of the service like I was 4 years old. I assured them I was fine, knew it was a bigger service, and had a book to entertain myself. They had to gall to ask if I wanted a ride to the mall in a demeaning tone. Nope I have a book and a brain, I'll be in the waiting area, call me when you're done. I was told the potential total, again in that belittling manner, and was surprised but I was already trapped so on with it. I don't need to eat everyday. I had done more research later in the day about the type of service and the pricing. What I paid was hundreds of dollars over the price range of other establishments. I got this car fairly recently and loved the sales staff and switched to the service center associated with the dealership, but honestly I might go back to my old stopping ground for service. Not sure if I was dealing with someone who was having a bad day or had a rude customer prior. I left feeling like a small person. More

Not to be trusted First I went in for an oil change. When I left, the check engine light came on. Jay insisted that I had to make another appt even thought I just left. First I went in for an oil change. When I left, the check engine light came on. Jay insisted that I had to make another appt even thought I just left. Eventually, the mgr got involved and the computer just had to be reset. Took all of 10 minutes. Then later I went for the 60000 mile checkup. Jay insisted that my oil was leaking. I park in the same spot with no leaks showing. He said that the headgasket needed to be replaced to the tune of $2100. I knew the car was not leaking so I declined. Jay insisted that I monitor the oil level because of tbe head gasket. Well I got the car home and it started to leak oil. I took it to an independent mechanic. He said the head gasket was fine but secor did not tighten the drain plug- hence the oil leak!! I have been with secor subaru for over 18 years and it is the first time I felt that I was being scammed. When I am ready to buy another subaru, i will go elsewhere! More
