REALLY!!!! If it were possible to give negative stars I would. Secor had my vehicle for a month. Could not shift into 6th and 4th was rough. When I compared the parts I paid for to a repair that they did 15 months prior I found over $400 worth of parts that had already been replaced. When I brought this to their attention they said it was a "mistake:. Rebuilt my transmission to the tune of $2450 picked up the car and in less than 24 hours vehicle shifted worse than when I originally brought it in. Brought it back and then they replaced a shift cable (they picked up the cost for that) and now the vehicle works as it should. Rebuild the transmission and vehicle does not function properly; change shift cable and everything is fine., What should have been done first? It appears the Subaru transmissions fail at 104,00 miles. Nothing about that in their scheduled maintenance manual. Never communicated with me over the month. I had to call or visit the dealership to get updates. TJ Mallon was the only person who made any effort to communicate with me. Will never recommend or do business with Secor Subaru and/or Secor Auto Group ever again. More

Great place Secor has always done a great job servicing my Subarus. They are friendly, professional, and offer shuttle service to get you home or to work (within Secor has always done a great job servicing my Subarus. They are friendly, professional, and offer shuttle service to get you home or to work (within a reasonable distance) while your car is being serviced; they also have a very nice waiting area with comfortable seating, a vending machine, a Keurig, and free WiFi if you decide to wait. They do a walk-around of your car with you before your service and note down any specific concerns you have and address them during the service. I also enjoy that they send coupons when my service times are approaching, which I can then apply to the upcoming service. More

She and I spoke about some hefty vet bills I was just informed of for my 12 year old dachshund, and that I was hoping the quote for service wasn't going to be too bad...the quote came back very high and would have broken my bank. She and her boss wrote to Subaru Good Will and my service work, due to low miles on a four year old car was completely covered. She is a new employee and a keeper! And....I like to think that Subaru Loves Pets! They all really helped me out of a jam. More

I made the mistake twice of trusting a 1.5 hour estimate and waiting 2.5 hours with no update, thus missing another appointment I had made. Life would have been easier of I had been told up to 3 hours in the first place. More

Very positive I had had several issues with Secor Subaru Service in the past, and had not been in for 2 years. I had an issue with the sunroof of my Forester this w I had had several issues with Secor Subaru Service in the past, and had not been in for 2 years. I had an issue with the sunroof of my Forester this week, and as I live a half mile from their location, I reluctantly decided to go there. I'm happy to report the issue was repaired quickly, and to my satisfaction. Ricky, the mechanic, explained the mechanics of the sunroof problem to me, and repaired it quickly. Jay Fulton checked me in and out efficently, and was very professional. I recommend this shop, and will return for future service as needed. More

Also to be charged 20 minutes for a mechanic to listen to a noise on a car that’s 6 months old is not something i would expect, what i expected was for it to be looked at and fixed and NOT charged for something that is related to the build of the car and not my own doing.
