Difficult obtaining refund on parts not used during service. Service recommended replacing a heat shield that was falling off and said we needed to purchase parts in advance since they were special order items. When we came in to have the parts installed, the tech was able to use some screws to tighten the existing heat shield so the special ordered parts were not needed. Miscommunication I asked for an oil change and brake light replacement. After car was finished had to wait for customer service to complete charges. Only to be called back to drive the 20 miles because they left a part of car off. Service person hardly apologized or he made light that it wasn't an important part and I would have never missed it. More

During this last incident, I called first at about 9:00am. I called again and so did my husband. At 4:10pm, I had no call back and asked operator to give me number of headquarters rep. That is when service manager spoke with me. He told me he never received voice mails from me. That is not my problem! I left messages as prompts on service dept line as dictated. It said someone would call me shortly. The problem with my car was not diagnosed correctly first few times. I was left without transportation three times. Fortunately my husband changed his schedule to rescue me. I can't be confident it has been resolved. I have been happy at this dealership to the point of purchasing 6 or 7 new cars and one used car up until the last couple of years. Now I do not trust the staff. Some have been untruthful and arrogant. If this is how they treat a return customer of about 20 years, shame on them! I cannot continue to recommend friends and family go there. There is no excuse for this disrespectful, substandard service. More

Still can't follow a simple request For some reason, despite getting the full commitment of the service adviser, they just can't use full synthetic oil that I request. On every visit I mention the difficulty in getting what I asked be used. I was told on previous visits that the requested oil had been used but they made an error on the billing form showing a syn/blend oil was being charged. I did believe them in the past as they did not correct the invoice. On my last visit, the service adviser assured me that I would get synthetic oil. Just before I was given the bill I saw them put the car back up and drain the oil they put in and finally replace it with full synthetic. Of course, this delay caused me to be late for a meeting. Most importantly, I now do not believe that they ever used the correct oil on previous visits. Luckily, I changed the oil at intervals recommended for non-synthetic oils. But I feel my car could have benefited from the better oil. More

Courteous, thorough, responsive, reassuring I was driving out of town and warning lights came on while on the highway. Called Secor for some explanation, then was able to get assistance enough t I was driving out of town and warning lights came on while on the highway. Called Secor for some explanation, then was able to get assistance enough to get home again, then to bring it to Secor for diagnosis, plus a 90K check. They discovered the problem with one of the warning lights was a transmission valve, gratefully covered under warranty! 90K check was thorough, reassuring. More
30,000 mile service on a 2015 Subaru; leak in differential. Amanda in the Service Department was very accomodating in making a service appointment that was convenient for me. After leaving the vehicle, I received a phone call reporting that a leak had been discovered in the differential. A replacement needed to be ordered, and the work would take a number of days depending on the availability of the part. I was advised that there would be no cost to me as the replacement was under warranty. I was also offered a replacement car during the repair process. Since I had plans to travel before my car would be repaired, Amanda informed that she would have the vehicle driven to my home and put in the garage according to instructions I gave her. That is how the situation currently stands. My experience was entirely positive during every aspect of my contact with Secor staff and particularly Amanda. More
