The work was turned over to Amanda and I have had difficulties in getting satisfactory work done. Work on a simple Dent Wizard job and the steering column took almost 5 days. A new scratch appeared when I picked up the car that needed to be repaired by the Secor Collision Technology shop and the steering column seam came apart when I got the car home. This was very stressful and affected my whole week's work schedule. I am usually very pleased with this dealership and will recommend them out of my loyalty to other employees, but I must say that I was not pleased with Amanda's responsibility, planning, or follow-through in this matter. John Pasternak and Jennifer Lewis were great addressing my customer service concerns and correcting the problem with an addional two day repair and paint job. My car looks great now but I have not gone back to the Secor Service Department yet to address the steering column issue......My salesman Dan Mirles is always great and I have bought all my cars from Secor since 2004; I own 2016 and 2018 Foresters. More

Service as Good as It Gets! After completing a 30,000 mile service on my 2015 Forester, I was informed that a crack in the differential required that a new part needed to be orde After completing a 30,000 mile service on my 2015 Forester, I was informed that a crack in the differential required that a new part needed to be ordered and installed. Since I had previous plans for an overseas trip, the service rep agreed to keep the car until the work had been completed, then park it at the Secor service center and finally return it to my home in Old Lyme some 15 miles away. I returned frkm my trip yesterday and was very pleased to find my car fully repaired and in my home garage. In my view, that was quality service at many levels. Many thanks to the Secor service team and particularly to Amanda who made all the arrangements. Damon Smith More

Fast Service I was doing the 36-month check up including an oil change. The whole service took 45 minutes and the service staff was great. This would not matter except for the water spots that form on the windows, and especially the mirrors. It doesn't help when it's difficult to see. Otherwise, spot on. More

I cannot begin to say enough about the outstanding quality of service bestowed upon me from Amanda and the overall genuine feeling I get from her being attentive to my vehicle needs. She was with me from start to finish on my service, delivering updates as needed. Being a customer who has their vehicle serviced at the dealer, it is nice to have complete confidence in the person who is helping you. Amanda Easom is a breath of fresh air and she delivers. I am definitely going back for my future servicing and will be an advocate for Amanda and this dealer. More

New tires leaking air Bought set of tires in October, third at 95k miles, 2012 outback. One tire very low air 2 weeks later, all needed air. Dealer said not unusual. Same issue two weeks later; “two valve stems need replacement, not included with new tire purchase/installation; must pay.” There was some delay. In checkout, service manager waived charge, thank you. I was surprised stems not included, other quotes included at slightly lower price overall. More
