Snafu resolved Maintenance app't recommended rear brakes pads replaced as they were down to 2mm. I'm very disappointed with Secor What has happened to Secor Subaru? Everyone that I have dealt with over the last five years, and five Subarus is gone. The new service department seem What has happened to Secor Subaru? Everyone that I have dealt with over the last five years, and five Subarus is gone. The new service department seems totally confused. For example: a few months ago I brought one of our Subarus in for service. I had an appointment but the first person to address me could not find my appointment on her computer. Then she went to a different computer and found it. Isn't their systems integrated? More recently I brought a different car in far a steering issue.: After an hour an a half I was told that they could not find the problem but the service tech thought I should consider new tires. He printed two estimates on my $89 bill - for finding nothing. I called the next day to set up an appointment for purchasing tires. The person I talked to seemed unable to access the quotes given me one day earlier and asked me to go out to my car and read her the description of the tires. Then after having to go look at something and call me back she gave me a price for each tire - no installation, etc. I told her I already had a price for the total "out the door." She was unable to access that. I have since bought the tires at $150 less from a local tire store. What has happened to Secor Subaru? More
