When I called and asked for an appointment that day, Jay Fulton made Room in a busy scheduled day to fit me in. Turns out my ABS breaking system had been working extra hard in the bad weather and my breaks were fine. I felt silly for bringing the car in, but Jay assured me that he would rather fit me in and find that it was nothing, than have me get into an accident. Can’t thank him enough. More

First check after three months Car was taken right on time. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Oil changed, tires rotated, and safety check of everything on the list. A big thank you for honoring a first oil change for free. Just after purchase my front license plate and holder fell off in New York state. I stopped at a New York dealer and they reattached it saying the screws were too short. When we notified Secor Subaru of the incident they wanted to investigate the problem and promised a free oil change for my trouble. This was honored without an issue. Thank you ! More
