The dealer I purchased my car from was booking into mid-June so I called a friend who bought his Subaru at Secor. He had just made an appointment for the following Monday. I called and got an appointment for 3/26/19! Yesterday, I drove from my home in Portland and had my airbag replaced by Secor’s team. The job took less than 3 hours and I waited in their comfortable waiting room/work area. Thank you, Secor! More

My service Rep was Lauren, and I had brought my Subaru in for a pretty tedious repair- it needed a new Torque Converter. I expect the car to be out for at least a week, but they ordered the part, got it shipped, and fixed it a day later! The entire time my service advisor was super courteous, kept me in the loop, and really did everything she could to get me the best price. Would recommend- this experience was AMAZING!! More

This time I could not just be dropped off, I needed a car due to the fact my Father is on dialysis and I am in training and a need a car 24/7 at this time. I was way behind in my scheduled service and needed to get my car in. Service stood by your policy of not providing loners, my only option was to go to Jiffy-lube. After explaining my situation to Dan, he provided me with a loner. More
