Thanks I came in for an alignment and the service crew discovered one of my struts was bent. We were able to determine that it was damage done from a recent accident that was not properly repaired. The service crew documented what they found and that helped me get the repair facility to correct it at their own cost. Much appreciated. More

I have tried getting my oil change at my favorite mechanic but he charges more. I asked about the auto dimming mirror not changing when I turn it on and off and was told it was working properly. If that is true it is a bad feature. The flip tab mirror on my last car was far more effective. More

Unfinished work My Outback was fully functional when I brought it in. When it left, the display between the speedometer and tachometer was blank. I had to call my salesman and dig through the manuals to get the display to duplicate the way it was when I drove in for service. The service was for a recall to fix the distance to empty display. Whoever loaded the software did not bother to test it or reset the display to its original settings. More

The price tag of over $100 with tax was tough to swallow, but I willing to pay the extra for the convenience. I used to pay $60 plus tax at my old dealership in Warwick, RI. It was also frustrating when no one came to explain why it was taking so long. I will not be returning. More
