I was told it would take 1 hour and it actually took over 2 hours. In addition, I do not have the mileage information that had previously been displayed on my dashboard. Very disappointed. More

Unfinished work My Outback was fully functional when I brought it in. When it left, the display between the speedometer and tachometer was blank. I had to call my sal My Outback was fully functional when I brought it in. When it left, the display between the speedometer and tachometer was blank. I had to call my salesman and dig through the manuals to get the display to duplicate the way it was when I drove in for service. The service was for a recall to fix the distance to empty display. Whoever loaded the software did not bother to test it or reset the display to its original settings. More

Way too slow. I waited almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I am new to the area and was planning on having my car serviced there. The price tag of I waited almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I am new to the area and was planning on having my car serviced there. The price tag of over $100 with tax was tough to swallow, but I willing to pay the extra for the convenience. I used to pay $60 plus tax at my old dealership in Warwick, RI. It was also frustrating when no one came to explain why it was taking so long. I will not be returning. More

Why I love my Subaru Had my Outback serviced. Apparently a wheel bearing was the source of the increasingly loud howl coming from somewhere underneath. Secor technicians Had my Outback serviced. Apparently a wheel bearing was the source of the increasingly loud howl coming from somewhere underneath. Secor technicians diagnosed and repaired the faulty bearing. Driving home afterwards all I could hear was the sweet hum of that 2.5l boxer engine. Thank you Secor!!! More
