Manager Tyler needs to be more helpful with customers. Pat Walton was the salesperson that helped me all the way. I it was not for her, I would had to go to another dealer. Tyler the manager was not helpfu Pat Walton was the salesperson that helped me all the way. I it was not for her, I would had to go to another dealer. Tyler the manager was not helpful at all. I spent almost 4 hours in the dealer trying to buy a car. Instead of helping me to get a car, he left the dealer to go to lunch not caring that I was waiting with Pat in her office for different options to buy a car. I give Pat 5 stars for her great customer service, I can not say the samething of Tyler. He needs to be more helpful with all his customers and go beyond to solve all customers issues. I was not asking him for a favor, I was spending my money to buy a car and as a customer a deserved a better service from Tyler.
