Just bought a used RAV4 XLE PREMIUM AWD from Sebring Toyota. I don't think it could have been a better overall experience. I found the vehicle I wanted with all the features that I was looking for. T Toyota. I don't think it could have been a better overall experience. I found the vehicle I wanted with all the features that I was looking for. The price was fair and it even came with a one year bumper to bumper warranty. They even delivered the vehicle to me 25 miles away. I would like to give a special shout-out to my salesman DAVON TERRY for doing such an outstanding job of navigating me through the process, Thank you DAVON! More

Do not do business at Sebring Toyota or any of their affiliates! I have never in my life been so cheated, lied to & taken advantage of. I am a 50 year old, college educated woman & I am embarrassed at h affiliates! I have never in my life been so cheated, lied to & taken advantage of. I am a 50 year old, college educated woman & I am embarrassed at how I allowed them to treat me. I have purchased numerous vehicles throughout my lifetime & this by far was the most disgusting, unsettling experience ever! The most disturbing issue I had was that one of my financial documents was forged. It is 100% not my signature. The day after purchasing the vehicle I realized that Zach Thorp, in the financial department, failed to give me all of my paperwork. I emailed him right away & requested that he send me all of the financial documents that I was not given. Once I received them, I noticed right away that I had never seen them before. It was 6 pages that required one signature on the last page. It was just such an obvious forgery. The fact that this dealership is allowing employees to forge signatures on documents without any concern is unsettling. How are you to trust or have any faith in doing business with them? The forgery (and other issues) was brought to the attention of their general manager, Colin Sherrer, and he had zero concern, which leads me to believe this is a common occurrence. You spend hours negotiating a sale price and your monthly payment amount with the salesman and finance department. You agree on everything and then are brought back to Zach Thorp's office in the finance/contract department. Mr. Thorp gives me a monthly rate that is almost $200 more per month than what agreed upon just seconds prior. Mr. Thorp acted in a demeaning, arrogant manner and said that no one else there knows what they are doing. We negotiate all over again. The price ended up having thousands of dollars more in fees added on. When I asked why the price we agreed on was no where on the contract, I was told the additional thousands were customary. I made the mistake of putting down a large down payment. The dealership literally ate away my down payment with all the exorbitant fees. Mr. Thorp kept pressuring me to add the extended warranty coverage. He became visibly upset that I declined it. To punish me, he raised the monthly finance interest rate 3 different times right in front of me. I had GAP coverage for $500. Mr. Thorp punishes me some more and raises that to $1000. There were other issues as well but these were the most concerning. To top it off, my vehicle did not come with an owner's manual. I let the salesman know the day of purchase. He gives me a manual for a 2017 Hybrid. My car is a 2020 and is not a hybrid! He told me that was all they had. The general manager later tells me he will order me one and mail it to me. He sends me a tracking # for an order for something months prior that was mailed to someone else.When I notified him of this, no response. This is how their general manager behaves. When I sent him all the information and copies of the document that was forged he had absolutely no concern. He responded in so many words asking me if that was the only document that was forged? Well, I didn't do a forensic signature handwriting analysis but I am sure I never saw those 6 pages and it is 100% not my signature. I work hard for everything I have and I am so ashamed that I let this dealership take advantage of me. Do not make the same mistake I did! Do not patronize a business that is okay with ripping people off and allowing staff to conduct business in a fraudulent manner! More

Hasn’t been serviced since my dad passed away last year. Goes back to pick up the car and her bill was $686.36. Not only did the change the oil and do a lot of other items she wasn’t told about, they stole her floor mats from her car and then claimed she was crazy and didn’t know what she was talking about. Very easy to see when she has a tan (misty gray) floor mats and comes back to get the car and has black USED floor mats in the car now. Hal the manager of the service department said she didn’t know what she was talking about and was crazy if she said there was misty gray mats in the car. He didn’t know he was on speaker phone and my mother and sister both could hear him. My mom went up to the dealership to confront him and he told her I was a liar that he never said that. She had a few choice words for him at that point. I then called up to the dealership to speak with the general manager who they promised was going to call me back by the end of the day. It’s now 4:30 and haven’t heard from him at all. Hal called and said they was going to order her the mats, after he told me all day they weren’t available. After I ordered them myself from the local Toyota dealership where I live and proved him to be a lair, now he finally ordered them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SEBRING TOYOTA FORMALLY ALAN JAY TOYOTA! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND STEAL FROM YOUR VEHICLE! More
