This is specifically about advisor Danielle, most unfriendly, rude service and uncomfortable that I have to encounter. Very shame to see that with my beloved Mini and Seattle Mini having to deal with her. Since the time I bought my Mini from SeattleMini, no one else ever service this car for any type of service outside of awesome Seattle MINI, however if I ever have to face her again, I'd rather have to consider go to somewhere else to service my Mini! Sorry most uncomfortable that ever had in my life with a customer service scenario. More

Jason was very professional. However disappointed service after spending $16k. Dealer had car for over two weeks and didn’t wash the car after the amount of repairs done. When I took the car in originally I requested to order a new key. The documents were provided but no key was ordered at the time? Had to reorder key again today. This morning received a call at 9am car was ready for pick up and when I arrived I had to wait about 45 minutes. Then after paying $16k walk out and find dealership did not wash the car. In the past the dealership would wash the car after serving. Attention to details would make someone feel a little better when spending this kind of money. More
The service quality of this dealership has gone downhill since Brandon left. It took them 3 hours to replace a tire when they told me it would be 1 hour.
