The dealership was clean and comfortable and the service agent, Derek, was professional, very courteous and respectful. I appreciate the videos that the mechanics make to explain and show the car problem, but I’d rather be able to speak directly. Just who I am. I’ve been a mini Cooper customer here and the final 4,000$ of the repair at 60,000 miles makes it cost prohibitive for me to keep my mini Cooper, which feels environmentally irresponsible. So, I’m more frustrated with the car than I am the dealer, but at the same time, think they would do more to help customers such as myself who haas been a loyal customer for 13 years. More

When I got the car serviced on March 31, 2023, they made me schedule almost a month in advance. When you call with an urgent problem, you get a scheduler who can't help you other than to schedule an appointment n the future. She says someone will call and nobody ever does. Whoever does talk to you is rude. Two months after they serviced my 2022 MINI Countryman the oil light went on saying the car had to be immediately serviced. They would not even look at it for five minutes to see if the oil light was in error, requiring an appointment several days out. I couldn't get it checked by any Jiffy Lube or its competitors like Grease xxxxxx because MINIs have specialized filters than nobody carries and required special tools that are unavailable. I asked to talk to a service provider for two minutes to get a referral. The scheduler said nobody was available. The scheduler said someone would call me back and nobody ever did! The failure to call and refer me to another place was the last straw. Shockingly unprofessional. You pay a lot of money for an automobile and you expect to be treated in a minimally professional manner. I have bought cars from Honda and Toyota of Seattle, and they will see me on very short notice, same day. They have plenty of personnel and facilities. They even nudge me when it's time to get the car serviced. Excellent service there, and a very comfortable waiting room too. Do not buy a MINI from this place, because they sell you the car and then treat you like you're disposable. I am in a service industry and know what client service is. This place is abysmal. A disgrace. More

Unfortunately service at this place has gone way down hill over the last several years. From what I understand the management has shifted in a "different direction". My experience with them has made up my mind that I will not buy another mini if it means I have to deal with them ever. The service advisor was of 0 help and couldn't tell me anything about my car or what was going on beyond reading the estimate that I was emailed. I spoke to the service manager once who said he had questions about my car too and was going to find out information and call me back. A week later still no call back even though I called many times. Almost impossible to even speak to anyone about my car at all. This experience has actually turned me off buying a new mini ever in the future unless I move to a new city. More
