I was able to take the car in and get a loaner for the time it was there which was very helpful. Also they were able to do the work in time so it wasn’t inconvenient. Completely dissatisfied with service advisors and service manager needs training not to go miles away top selling they charge me for everything even insurance when I do have my own!misc not explanation! I was told by Eric the cost of repair will be $1700 the final bill came $2994.81 not calls not advice of change in the repair! Inside of my car dirty finger prints with grease and they went all about top sales services without asking me I will never go back to that dealer for service I was a customer since 2013, I rather find a better place with professionals prepare to take care of my car with knowledge and professionalism. I have to put one ⭐️ in order to do this review! Otherwise I will not gave them anything! Totally bad service! Good bye Seattle mini Lake City Way More
