I had a 7:00 am appointment for an oil change, it took 3 hours, unacceptable. When it was done there were service recommendations one being a new air filter for 92$, really I bought a KN filter for 19$ and hours, unacceptable. The brake fluid change and alignment were recommended, after 3 hours forget it. I've bought 3 Jeeps from this dealership, what happened? Total lack of urgency, the service rep was pleasant and professional, obviously a management issue. I'll only be back when you get your act together, You probably should have spent the remodeling money on staff. More
The car seat heating problem has not been fixed after multiple attempts and each time confirming this is the final diagnostic. They could not finish the evaluation of the transmission because the truck has a collapsible camper that makes the truck to high to raise it.If they raised it as high as possible the mechanic would have to because the truck has a collapsible camper that makes the truck to high to raise it.If they raised it as high as possible the mechanic would have to crouch a little to get under the transmission. You know,no crouch rule! Called 3 times and always on hold for 10-15 .minutes. Big company like this could afford another telephone person. More

I was told the recall would take 2-21/2 hours. I dropped the car off at 9 and was told at 1:00 it was ready. I asked for a shuttle to pick me up, I am 5 minutes away and waited an hour and 15 minu I dropped the car off at 9 and was told at 1:00 it was ready. I asked for a shuttle to pick me up, I am 5 minutes away and waited an hour and 15 minutes so I had to have a neighbor drive me because I had to pick up my kids from school. I sent multiple texts asking where the shuttle was because I needed to pick up my kids and it took 40 minutes for a response. I was not informed there would be a delay. My car was not finished, the cover was not closed and there was a wire unconnected and dangling when I picked it up. I tracked my car and saw it was not serviced until 2 hours after I dropped it off and it was obviously finished earlier because the car was extremely hot from sitting in the sun. When I arrived to pick it up it took 10 minutes to get my car delivered to me. The whole experience was infuriating and the lack of concern was noticed. I seriously have no desire to bring my car back here or buy another car here. (BTW we bought 2 last year) so these are the experiences that get repeated instead of even receiving moderate service, I honestly don’t even know if the recall was completed because I was not provided any paperwork. Treat your customers with respect and keep them updated if there is a delay. I had no idea my car would be gone all day and had my kids waiting for me to pick them up because it took so long. The driver apparently came to pick me up after I had to ask my neighbor to drive me I have pictures of how my car was delivered and you should have a record of the text messages, if not I do. More
