When in for a LOF, Marco (at desk) did not give me the routine inspection printout or discuss the results. He also did not follow up on whether my tires were low even though I said the low tire light was routine inspection printout or discuss the results. I asked Marco to print the inspection report, and the tech wrote on the reportthat my brake pads were at 4mm. When I questioned it because I had just had my brake pads replaced less than a year ago at another dealership, Marco had a tech remeasure and said the pads were at 9mm. Hmmmm. More
