My "service advisor" Marco cancelled my oil change appointment because I left a negative review of his terrible customer service. This is what you can expect from this dealer - pure trash. They will not answer the phone will not call you back until you beg the receptionist to physically find your "service advisor" and ask them to call you. I left a poor review for them in 2022 and today my "service advisor" cancelled my oil change appointment (my wife found out when she called to confirm) my "service advisor said to her, "well you left a bad review so I cancelled your appointment." My car is under warranty and they tried to deny me a rental car which I was entitled to, my service advisor said he had to call the "district manager" for approval after I insisted. First they said 3-5 days to get the needed parts, 5 days later no update. Now after literally calling 5 times they tell me 7-10 days to get the parts. I bought my car new there and I still get terrible service, I will not make that mistake again. AVOID. More
My 2021 Sante Fe with 10k miles on it has a very dangerous gas leak. I lease this at Seattle Hyundia. They said they couldn't get in in until late October! This is a critical very dangerous defect in a new expensive car. Worst dealership/company ever. They're quire accomodating when they're selling you something. I had to call the national Hyundai customer service line to even schedule my required first oil change because these xxxxxxxx never answer the phone. Now my car's going to blow up. I'm looking into ways to sue. More
