1. I have a Hyundai - tried to schedule online and no appointments were available for a month so they told to call 2. The number I called the first two times no one picked up 3. Finally get someone who has no record of me being there (which should have been my first clue) but manages to schedule for an appointment 4. I get to the Hyundai service part of the dealership to be told I’m actually over at the Jeep part which no one told me when I scheduled (also why does it matter what person I sign up with - figure out a different commission system for your service people or just pay them an actual livrable salary) 5. I was given free oil changes as part of my lease but because I was in the other stupid part of the dealership no one had any record of it 6. I had to pay $12 to have a battery changed in my key fob - just friggin include that in the astronomical price I am already being charged for a oil change 7. Took about 2 hours - thanks for that 8. I wasn’t going to answer this service cause I was so annoyed but you emailed 67 times about it so here we are 9. This should not be taken out on the person who I was “assigned” to - he was nice enough. He just has to work within the crappy system that Hyundai/franchise owners create More
