It's great to hear that Brian provided excellent service. Such proactive and thoughtful actions certainly deserve recognition, and it's understandable why you would rate his service so highly. However, it's concerning to hear about your negative experience with the staff member at the front desk. Dismissing a customer's feedback and essentially accusing them of lying is not acceptable in any customer service environment.
