The experience was fine, the car got fixed. But I wouldnt say the customer service is great in terms of general friendliness and customer experience. I was told to pickup the car at 3pm and bef But I wouldnt say the customer service is great in terms of general friendliness and customer experience. I was told to pickup the car at 3pm and before 4:30 pm. I was on the bus at 3:30 to pick up my car when i received a call that it wasnt ready. That was inconvenient. Transportation in seattle isnt the best and its important to be considerate of peoples time and finances. I was told the total price to get the car fixed was 520$ but I did not know that this was on top of the 300$ cost of the window. That couldve been a lack of being more detail oriented on my part. But if I wouldve known the service was going to be that costly i wouldve gone somewhere else. In the future I would purchase the part from the dealership and get the service done elsewhere and somewhere more convenient because overall the customer service wasnt that great for a dealership. But again, I dont have much to compare with. More
The service was great and they were able to accommodate me and my needs - 5 star for that. It was impossible to get through on the phone. Tried 6 times and left a voicemail. I finally had to drive to the center to make/revise my appointment. The frustration of not being able to get through to talk to someone live is such that I wouldn't recommend it. More
Your service manager haz been nothing short of awseome when dealing with me.
