Initial service was handled well. But... Service was careless enough to leave vehicle dead on First Hill on it's second outing. Tow truck operator found that the battery terminal h But... Service was careless enough to leave vehicle dead on First Hill on it's second outing. Tow truck operator found that the battery terminal had vibrated off causing failure. Service staff then blamed the battery terminal, not the obviously loose clamp. Most everyone was busy ducking responsibility. Vivienne was the only one to make an attempt to make things right or express any empathy for the situation. More
