I went into Hyundai of Seattle knowing what car I wanted. I shopped around quite a bit for the right price and right dealer. Right away Sam and Aaron struck me as a sincere and honest people, and I was pleased that they respected my preferred method of contact which was email. It is now weeks later and I still get phone calls from other dealers that I contacted. A few days later I went to the dealership where I met Aaron who took me on a test drive. After that, we sat down to discuss the price and specifics. In the end, I was happy with the price and with the experience of buying a car from them. We agreed on a fair price, everything was made completely transparent, and they did not attempt any of the underhanded tactics that you read about (and in my case experienced) with other car dealers. I would definitely recommend Hyundai of Seattle to others, and I would go back again. I haven't taken the car in for service yet, so I can't comment on that department. More
I brought my 2007 Santa Fe in for an oil change and when Bob walked into the waiting room I asked about the 2012 Santa Fe. Without even grabbing his coffee he went for the keys for two different vehicles, had them warmed up and ready for a test drive. I was very specific about a few features and they found what I wanted but it needed to be shipped to Seattle. In the meantime I went and tested a few other SUVs but came back to the Santa Fe - called Bob back, minor negotiations and asked him to ship the car. In the meantime another 2012 Santa Fe came in with all but one of the features I wanted. Bob bent over backwards to find a comparable nav system and arranged to have the system put in. I didn't have to fumble my way through the various products that I know nothing about - Bob took care of it. This was an A+ car buying experience. The Santa Fe is the first vehicle that I have ever bought back-to-back. I love the comfort and just as important, the service that this dealership has provided me over the last several years has been outstanding. More
I had been looking at Volvo XC90s to replace our aging minivan for the last few months. Hyundai of Seattle just lowered the price on a 2006 one significantly. I only buy used cars and mostly from private parties. In hte past, I did not have pleasant experience with dealers the few times I bought from them. This one was different! I set up an appointment with Ariel Bravy. He emailed me all the info (Carfax, dealership's service report etc) they had on the car right away so I could look it over before the showing. Ariel is very pleasant to deal with. He was very professional, honest and accommodating during our correspondence. There was no pressure, or tricks. Ashley, from finance was also great. She did not try to push extended warranty options, just clearly described what the options were. I have only two minor complaints: 1. Ariel told me during the test drive that the car came with a 2month warranty from the dealership. This wasn't the case. Since I did not expect it, was not a big deal for me. 2. I had my financing approved by BECU. Ariel offered to take care of the paperwork for me since they had partnership with BECU. We did not notice until a few days later that the loan was obtained from Bank of A, the bank I had only bad experience with and despise the most... While signing the paperwork, I did not look closely at the financial papers (other than the interest rate and payment which both were correct) since it all was arranged. Initially, I was very upset thinking I was tricked, but then accepted Ariel's explanation that it was an honest mix-up which could have been easily avoided had I payed closer attention and I'm free to refinance after 3 months... Overall, it was a great experience. I got a great car at a great price and professional friendly service from Ariel. I highly recommend Hyundai of Seattle. More

After shopping at EVER dealer within 2 hours drive. As it turned out Seattle Hyundai, the closest dealership to my Seattle home, gave me the price I asked for. Vila Lind, my salesperson was a JOY to work with, SO forthright & honest. My buyer experience at Seattle Hyundai is the VERY BEST I have ever had. I am SO HAPPY. I recommend them highly. I had no real expectation to drive off with a new car going into the dearlership. When I met Ariel, my salesperson, he was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. I never had such an uplifting, supportive and positive experience like this before! That's what I appreciate most and will never forget this top notch level of customer service! Though as you know, there were a couple of embarrassing moments for me-one in which, I didn't have any financial resources to put money down on the vehicle. But you didn't make it a big problem nor an issue. That's why (and I mentioned this to you), I said that you were sincerely determined to get me into that vehicle. And it would appear that this determination was fulfilled; I'm really becoming attached with this car! But it's support like this which defines a sincere and down to earth business which operates in the best interest of its customers. For a lot of car dealers, that's a hard act to follow. And just looking over the latter part of your letter of congratulation, I will definitely take you up on visiting and stopping by to assure you that my sincerity in this business transaction and the performance of the vehicle is satisfiable and within my expectations.
