Thursday, April 11 I took my Mercedes Sprinter to this dealer. My sliding side door was stuck and Mercedes recommended that I try them. I met Matt Smith, Sales Consultant. When I asked him where the service department was and told him about my horrible day he began to walk me over to the Service area. He asked if he could look at the issue and see if he could give it a try to fix it. And....he did look at it and fix it!!!!!!! Yes. He was my savior for the day. Matt was kind and compassionate and caring to my dilemma. He is an excellent example of service. He made my day. Thank you Matt. More

A $200. diagnostic for what? You had AAA take your car in and the AAA driver told them what was wrong and showed them. A broken radiator hose and pointed out diagnostic for what? To me it's just another way to take advantage of people that you are so famous for. Time after time I have tried to use you because you are local. I like to support local businesses. It's to bad you don't care enough to give good service. Karma will hopefully catch up to you. More

Service Dept worst ever. My vehicle is still under warranty and I have extended warranty and when I brought my vehicle for a warranty repair this dealership did a what a call it “duck tape” repair, wh warranty and I have extended warranty and when I brought my vehicle for a warranty repair this dealership did a what a call it “duck tape” repair, which didn’t even work. I took time off from work to get this done since they said they need the car for a full day and after all that my car was not fixed and in my opinion it got worse. I was of course upset and when I called the service Dept won’t even answer my call. They kept on hanging up on me. What a xxx... I had to call the sales Dept and I was assured that the GM will call me back but until now I have not received a call. I guess customer service for this dealership ends when they make a sale and get paid. After that your on your own. Even though you bough a brand new vehicle and you bought the expensive extended warranty. This dealership don’t honor warranty. This dealership does warranty with a duck tape repair.. More

He apologized for the miscommunication and my botched appointment and said he will follow up personally, ensuring that the expectations his service department sets with me are being kept. Rating of 3 stars for now. I will update when service is complete. Called Seaside Chrysler Dodge for recall work on 7/24/2020. VIN and recall verified and work scheduled for 8/5. Asked about specific parts to be ordered. No problem. Confirmed on 7/27 that recall parts would be available for 8/5. No problem. Arrived 8/5, the part was not even ordered, since apparently I had been passed through to a call center (Jacob the first time, don't remember the name of the guy the second time) and somehow the call center did not order the part for the recall work for 8/5, but the guy on 7/27 looked into" the system" and said the part would be there, no problem. Needless to say I was not impressed. Service Advisor Anthony Andreson apologized, however that does not help with the 130 miles I wasted and the 2 hours I invested in the middle of the day. Next step will be for the part to be ordered on Monday 8/10, to arrive later that week (hopefully) and after it arrived, for them to call me to arrange for the appointment (not sure how much later that will be). For sure one week later than anticipated, but maybe even two weeks later. More
A recall on my van was needed for my sprinter to get my tags.. These guys refused to do the recall service due to them having to work on it for 4 hours without getting paid! ITS A RECALL!!! These guys are phenomenal! Was on a cross country trip from CO to CA and had a mishap a couple hours away. Called in and they said they could get me in next morning to have a look. Damage was way worse from CO to CA and had a mishap a couple hours away. Called in and they said they could get me in next morning to have a look. Damage was way worse than I though but they got the parts on order same day. Spent two “rough” days exploring the western coast and the truck was finished up with a new tranny and driveshaft for my 1200 mile ride home. Can’t thank these guys enough for helping a stranded racer and getting me back on the road!! Thank you especially Joe for your understanding and letting us store our trailer! It is much appreciated!
