MAJOR REPAIR REQUIRED WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE - NO HELP Second time using this dealership. On the second round - no negotiation occurred. However, weeks after the purchase found out vehicle needed new trans Second time using this dealership. On the second round - no negotiation occurred. However, weeks after the purchase found out vehicle needed new transmission. Requested $500 which was approx. only 20% of the cost of the repair and was met with great opposition. Figured this request was more than fair, very little out of pocket and would also keep me happy for future business. Crap happens, I get that, but this is absurd that they are not willing to work with me on a solution. Just a sorry, I can't do anything about this response. More
