Overall awesome experience dealing with SeaSell Auto INC Yesterday I arrived at Sea-Sell Auto at 0905. I went to the dealership to look at two vehicles for my wife. One had been sold the night before but the Yesterday I arrived at Sea-Sell Auto at 0905. I went to the dealership to look at two vehicles for my wife. One had been sold the night before but the other one was still available. Took the vehicle for a test drive and when I came back I was met by Blake Martin who I had dealt with the day before. He was accommodating with any questions I had and basically we sealed the deal. I payed to have the car delivered. After my payment was confirmed by Blake, he worked out the logistics to have the car delivered this morning. Today at 0730'ish the car was delivered. Although I did have numerous questions concerning the paperwork that both my wife and I had to sign, once again Blake helped tremendously. The best part of this was that my wife was able to drive her new vehicle to work this morning. I appreciate Blake Martin and the outstanding stewardship he showed. More
They are not very knowledable labout their cars I inquired about purchasing a car from them that I learned about on Car Fax. They claimed that all of the services had been done for this vehicle when I inquired about purchasing a car from them that I learned about on Car Fax. They claimed that all of the services had been done for this vehicle when in fact four major services had not been done on the vehicle. These services are critical for this particular type of car. They would not negotiate any of the past due services as part of the negotiated price. I would be very careful when buying a car from them due to their lack of knowledge or possible false claims about the service record for the car. More
MAJOR REPAIR REQUIRED WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE - NO HELP Second time using this dealership. On the second round - no negotiation occurred. However, weeks after the purchase found out vehicle needed new transmission. Requested $500 which was approx. only 20% of the cost of the repair and was met with great opposition. Figured this request was more than fair, very little out of pocket and would also keep me happy for future business. Crap happens, I get that, but this is absurd that they are not willing to work with me on a solution. Just a sorry, I can't do anything about this response. More
