Boris helped with my first Mercedes purchase and made the purchase process really streamlined and easy (He also made sure to answer all of my million questions). I recently managed to accidentally damage the interior of the car and he went above and beyond to make sure that the interior could be repaired and look like new. The service was great and Boris made sure I was fully informed each step of the way along the repair process. I will definitely get my next car from Sears and from Boris. More
I purchased a GLE 350 from Sears Mercedes-Benz. I've had issues with the service reminder not telling me to get an oil change. In fact, it has not changed from day 1. It keeps telling me that I can drive issues with the service reminder not telling me to get an oil change. In fact, it has not changed from day 1. It keeps telling me that I can drive 10,000 before service. Had it in for service and of course got a $600 oil change to go along with it. I was assured that it was reset correctly yet it is not fixed. This alone is not the end of the world. The part that gets me is that Bill Blume in service tells me that he will "look into it" and get back to me. It has now been 3 weeks. No return phone call, no emails, no text messages. When I drove 4 hours 1 way to get my vehicle serviced, I had a simple $30 off coupon for the oil change. He thanked me for bringing this to his attention up front and not at the end. Although, even though I did this, he did not refund the money to me. When I spoke to Bill on the phone, he also said he would "Take care of it" Yet, I've seen nothing and he had not even called me back. I believe that part of it is that he spent more time trying to sell me the next 3 service calls in a package and wasn't focusing on why I was actually at the business for service. I would absolutely stay clear from Sears Imported Autos Mercedes-Benz for any type of service. My service is under warranty, it is not fixed and the service / communication is terrible. More

Sears Imported Autos had my brand new G wagon for over a month and offered $300 compensation. They returned the car to me with the gas tank on reserve.
