Fantastic customer service, once again! I have had my CLS 550 for just about a year. Soroush has been here for me from the moment we walked into the dealership and purchased the car. When I have a question about anything, he makes himself immediately available, no matter what the question. Each and every time I have been in for routine maintenance or to service my car, Soroush pops into the service garage and says "Hi". Unreal. This morning I needed to schedule body work for my car. The body shop (who have been equally communicative and helpful) stated that I would have to rent a car while my car was being fixed-5-7 days. Since I would have to be carpooling children to and from school and sports events, I was not really comfortable with getting a make and model I was going to be completely unfamiliar with. I called Soroush, asked if I could possibly get a loaner car that I would be familiar with and he made it happen. Wow! I have referred a number of friends to this dealership and to Soroush specifically. Of course, I love my Mercedes, but the experience with the dealership and Soroush in particular has made all the difference. More

Service Satisfaction I would like to compliment the Service Department manager, Reid Willemsen. I purchased a pre-owed car in September. I had some work completed (a clear I would like to compliment the Service Department manager, Reid Willemsen. I purchased a pre-owed car in September. I had some work completed (a clear shield installation) and there was a blip in the service results. I checked in with Mr. Willemsen. He conferred that the process needed to be redone. He immediately took action, rescheduled the appointment, made sure I had a loaner car, and supervised the repair. The final results were spectacular and especially pleasing to me. The team went above and beyond my expectations in redoing the clear shield. In addition to fixing the hood, painting the old chipped spots, my door edges were also coated with the clear shield. While I do not like having something redone, I am impressed with the concern, the promptness, and the fastidious nature in which the correction was made. I am grateful to Mr. Willemsen for listening to me, and then efficiently and effectively restoring my automobile to perfection. It is one thing to be pleased with the purchase of the automobile, but it is just as important to me to be able to be happy with the service that follows that purchase. You have an excellent, efficient, caring leader in your Sears Imports service department. I wanted to share this with you. More

My salesman, David Ruben, is not only knowledgeable he is an expert in his product and a sophisticated communicator. My experiences with the service department have been nothing but commendable. Josh Mills, service consultant, is cordial, informative, helpful, and most of all keeps me and all others well informed about the progress of the work being performed. Don Davidson, principal dealer, is to be commended for the fine dealership he and his general manager, Mike Roeder operate. Not only do the various departments put customer service at the forefront, the amenities in the lounge and boutique are first rate. Furthermore, all the public spaces are meticulously clean and attractive. For these reasons Sears Imported Autos is an ideal auto dealership. The place is always spotless. It is the only dealership I have ever been in where I would almost eat off the floors. Everyone is extreamly professional and helpful. it was just great...i called for service because the car told me that it wanted fresh oil....so i did what the car requested and made the call. i was connected to the service department immediately.. he to told me that it wanted fresh oil....so i did what the car requested and made the call. i was connected to the service department immediately.. he told me that it would take about 1 1/2 hours to make the car happy again. since my wife was the one that uses the car it would be her that would take it in. .. we spoke about the need of a loaner while the work was being done and we got the thumbs up on it..however, when my wife took it in she decided to wait for it.naturally she would require some refreshments while she waited and they were supplied..a cookie and coffee...when the dust settled ...1 hour later..it was done..my wife was happy which makes me happy and off she road into the sunset she road.... the ending of a good day for all..but...she will be back to do it again in another 12 months..thanks for the great service ..with a :-).
