The Service Department hasn’t gone downhill. We have purchased five vehicles in the past six years from Mercedes. My most recent visit to the service department was a huge disappointment. I made my appt online and they didn’t read my notes to see I needed a vehicle for the day. When I arrived I was informed there were no vehicles available. My vehicle is two years old and still under warranty. I told the service advisor there was a vibration while driving. They did the alignment and there was still a vibration noted by the tech. They said I needed my tires rotated and balanced. I did that and there is still a vibration. I called the service department back to let them know there was still a vibration and I was told I need to pay another $150 to have them look at it. Really? My vehicle is still under warranty. I am extremely disappointed in their service department. I paid them to fix my vehicle and I left with the same problem and they aren’t willing to look at it without charging me again. I do not recommend having your vehicle serviced through Sears Mercedes. More

I said that's great I'll bring it in but I told him I had the oil change done at Feldmann Imports and they found some repairs/service needed but I'll give you Sears imports a chance to get my business back. He didn't seem to like the fact I mentioned I was at Feldmann but I made an appointment for 12/21/17 that Josh set up since he called me! When I arrived at my appointment for just a multi point inspection nobody new what I was there for and the Service Advisor said I have to go talk to my boss see what's this about. We charge money to diagnose problems! He came back and said ok we are going to look your car over. Here is how the two Mercedes Dealerships compare! (I have written estimates from both dealers if anyone needs proof) Transmission flush $533.30 vs $467.05 at feldmann. Transfer Case Reseal $1,171.74 vs $950.99 at Feldmann. Oil leak at centrifuge cover right cam $332.40 vs $208.00 at Feldmann. Brake fluid flush $169.00 vs $149.00 at Feldmann. 4 Pirelli tires with install $1,034 vs $950.00 at Feldmann. Alignment $169.00 vs $149.00 at Feldmann. I saved $535.40 going to Feldmann mercedes! These issues have all been fixed on my Mercedes at Feldmann Imports. I just feel others should know that Sears Imports rips their clients off. Also Feldmann gave me a 2018 GLE loaner over Christmas which was awesome! Sears doesn't even give GLE loaners! FYI I bought my Mercedes CPO from Sears Imports 4 years ago because I live in the area and thought all Mercedes dealers were similar or the same! More

They would argue with me, deny my warranty on my vehicle, and lied about what they were/did about situations. In the end I was stuck with a bill when I had a warranty because they neglected to call it in, they also broke my shifter cover and blew a speaker in my car never even told me about it. But when confronted they told me " oh it's common we can't control that". I proceeded to try to come to some terms and the manager told me that this whole scenario is not his problem and he wants nothing to do with it and hung up on me! The most unprofessional company and group I've ever felt with by far. More

Apparently service didn't go well and I'm disappointed how it was taken care of . I don't feel the communication process was very good at all. Staff wasn't pleasant about situation . Will take business elsewhere in future.. More
