He went to bat for me on securing the best price of my 2018 GLE 350 4 magit in black, had all the paperwork in place, vehicle stage and all fellow workers on deck to complete the transaction. When remote purchasing goes just right. I tend to buy cars that are not readily available in every market, so I end up going long distance when necessary to find a car that I want. I found this 560SEL at Sears and could not be happier with the purchase process. At 800 miles away they provided me with any photograph I needed [I looked through 124 pix] and Brian answered every question I asked. If he didn't know the answer, he got the answer. I flew to the dealership and everyone there was friendly and answered my remaining questions. The transaction was fast and I was on my way back to Kentucky - an 800 mile test drive. It was flawless. The car was as advertised and was as smooth as a new SEL throughout the trip. Put simply, we conducted this over three days and I could not be happier with the transaction. More

Pleasant efficient experience I initially found the car on CarGurus. Even though it late in the evening, I got an immediate response. The next morning Sarah called to answer quest I initially found the car on CarGurus. Even though it late in the evening, I got an immediate response. The next morning Sarah called to answer questions and sent me more pictures. We have been looking for a car for about a month. Several times the pictures didn’t really give an accurate description of the car. The car met all out criteria- 2 seater ‘sports’ car, one owner, good maintenance records, manual transmission and under $10,000. We set up an appointment with Sarah that afternoon. Sarah was waiting for us and had the car ready and waiting. The car was perfect and beyond our expectations. We took it for a short test ride and decided this was the car for us. Sarah was very professional and personable in working through the sale. Once the paperwork was complete, we signed off, wrote a check and the car was ours. Sarah had the car made ‘perfect’ while we completed the paperwork. We are VERY satisfied with our new car. More

Great Customer Service I was determined to replace my 8 year old BMW that had annoying problems from the day I got it. I did so because when I needed a new car a couple of years ago in Florida I couldn't decide on some of the details. She helped me with a great attitude and a smile on her face even though she would not receive any compensation for the sale as I was doing in Minnesota just visiting for the summer. And when I stopped in to talk to her this time she remembered me and we got off to a great start. She had to jump through some big hoops to to locate a car that would fit the bill. After a couple of weeks she located the car and shipped it in and I am enjoying it every day. Thanks Sarah! More

Mercedes and Brian, a commitment. I began my journey to purchase a new car on Tuesday. Sears imports has been my family's dealership for as long as I can remember. my grandfather bough I began my journey to purchase a new car on Tuesday. Sears imports has been my family's dealership for as long as I can remember. my grandfather bought all his Mercedes there and my dad the same. I grew up loving Mercedes, I saw the 2016 C300 online and saw the price and knew I just had to have it. Brian was my dads salesperson so naturally I asked him for Brians number and got the ball rolling I told him what car I was interested in and he happily assisted me in purchasing the car. It took Brian and I one day to get everything done and keys in my hand. I came in on Thursday and Brian happily and enthusiastically told me about what I would love about the car. Brian is a professional, honest and efficient salesperson. He is great at his job and cares about his customer first and foremost. I will never buy another car without Brian and his expertise.
