Prior to the purchase, I was most interested in the dark grey color . Ryan said we have that color but in a standard, I told him that I haven't driven one in 15 plus years. Ryan said want a test drive ? Of course I said yes. Such trust ! Also while we were going over things Nathan offered to get us some lunch who does that ? Mazda personal does !!! And the most impressive thing was that Bob the finance manger over heard that I was undecided and allowed me to take the CX5 over the New Year weekend to decide . Seacoast Mazda in Portsmouth blew me away with the BEST Customer SERVICE any one could Have . Thank You Team Mazda ! Susie More
Car Stopped Working. Mazda came through. My car was dead one morning. After work, went to see the dealer, they were so friendly and understanding. Made it so easy for me, answered all of my many questions and got me an appointment the next day. Tried to jump my car that night and it wouldn't start. Mazda's 24/7 roadside assistance came through!! They were willing to tow my car to the dealership for free. Tow guy came... car started. (later found out the issue was the shifter and cable corrosion) Drove the car to the dealer next day, they figured it out and set an appointment next day to give enough time to fix. Fix was quick, easy, and pleasant! (They even have a Keurig in the lobby if you want some coffee!) But maybe MOST IMPORTANT, they noticed that I hadn't had my car state inspected. Moved about 3 months ago and didn't know I had to do that! eek! But they fixed that as well and are willing to inspect my fiance's Toyota even! Joe is the Service Manager and is absolutely amazing! Such a sweet guy, funny, and puts your mind at ease. Isn't out to charge you an arm and leg if he can't help it. Bravo Mazda! Well done. Might just break my car so I can say hi again. :) More

Bruce was amazing to deal with, he came highly recommended and deservedly so! Even though I had my car serviced at another dealership previously, Bruce went out of his way to help me, including h recommended and deservedly so! Even though I had my car serviced at another dealership previously, Bruce went out of his way to help me, including having my car towed their after hours and even having a loaner car ready for me when I arrived, well after the service department had closed. The customer service was unparalleled, and I will never go anywhere else to have my car serviced again. Quality work at fair pricing from people you trust is worth the drive! More
I recently had a problem with my mazda cx9. called seacoast mazda talked to john he was very friendly when I called. I told him I think my transfer case was going and explained why. He asked why I thought it was the transfer case I explained why and he set up an appointment for me to ride with one of there maintenance guys. showed up took scott for a ride explained what the problem was he agreed but said he needed to put it on the lift to make sure.When we got it up on the lift he took the time to explain what it was he was looking for .He showed me the problem when it was on the lift (a first for me). luckily I had an extended warranty to cover the problem but the part was backordered for a week. John at the desk made a phone call and was able to get me back on the road in half the time. He did this unsolicited from me ... I dont want to make this review sound like its to good to be true. yes I am a real customer and no i dont work a the dealership. I was just so surprised by my positive experience, I wanted to give john and scott the credit they deserve . thanks F McManus More
Great service experience- needed a repair fairly quickly, then needed to move it up a day due to the problem getting worse. In for service on airbag. My car was taken in right on time. Both Bruce and Tom actually listened to me and the work was done well and under the estimate that Bruce gave me. Bought a Tribute and was promised 2 keys, but only given one. Went back a couple of months later, was told it was too late, and had to pay $150 for one key/remote. Too much money. Sent messages to manager, one. Went back a couple of months later, was told it was too late, and had to pay $150 for one key/remote. Too much money. Sent messages to manager, and asked service why they promised a key, then told me I ran out of time (I didn't know there was an expiration date for a key they owed me), so ended up losing the only key, and they made me buy 2 keys without the remote for $189. Won't sell just one. Crooks, liars, cheats, and dishonest. Another problem I had with them, check engine light came on, they put an expensive part in, about $250, I leave, the light comes on again. Go back, oh gee it's just a piece of a hose, but no refund, but hey they didn't charge me for the hose. I think they are making up these 5 star reviews, because I have not had a good experience with them, and will never return. More
I brought my car in for a job that two other dealers had quoted upwards of $500 for. One had quoted a poassible $700.
