Purchase outright instead of new lease I have leased cars from Seabreeze Ford since 2010. The current lease was for a 2016 Ford Focus. I had received a call from Brian Worth in December t I have leased cars from Seabreeze Ford since 2010. The current lease was for a 2016 Ford Focus. I had received a call from Brian Worth in December to remind me my current lease would expire on January 20, 2020.. He called on Jan. 6, 2020 re possible new leased car. Made an appointment to see him at 11 AM. that day. Told Mr. Worth I did not want to lease another car - felt more comfortable purchasing my 2016 Focus outright and definitely would not feel comfortable driving the new Focus -- too many gadgets. Both Mr. Worth and your financial department personnel were all professional and polite in their dealing with me. More

SeaBreeze Ford was the best car buying experience I ever had. I walked in told them what I wanted with specific options, they located a vehicle and within two hours we had a deal done! Sea Breeze Ford has great people working for them. They enjoy the customers inter action and make it pleasant to go and the service department is too notch. Robert, Fred and Max really try and make the exp enjoy the customers inter action and make it pleasant to go and the service department is too notch. Robert, Fred and Max really try and make the experience less painful. The prices are normal within the industry but still expensive. The rebates help if you can find them on the website. Fast and Fair Dropped my car off for 100K service in morning. It was done by noon. Couldn't pick it up until 6:30pm when service department was closed. Misleading to get a sale The sales man was nice but the dealership is very misleading and putting getting a sale above anything else. My wife went in to try and get out of her The sales man was nice but the dealership is very misleading and putting getting a sale above anything else. My wife went in to try and get out of her lease early and into a ford. Ford was able to help her when other dealerships like Honda couldn't. She was alone and they took advantage of her. They kept telling her the payments would be one price and when she signed the paperwork she didn't check and didn't notice that the payments were about $100 higher then they promised her. Then she had to come back to the dealership a day or so later to drop off the down payment. Her dad dropped of a check and we thought everything was good. About a month goes buy and we get a call that they never received her down payment and refused to give her the plates until she pay it. Meanwhile the dealership acknowledged her dad dropped off the check and they lost it. She gave them the money so she could get her plates and asked them to wait about 5 days so she could get her direct deposit and they could cash the check. They said that was no problem and they cashed the check right away and the account went negative. I don't understand why they waited a month to tell her they lost her down payment. This dealership will do anything to make a sale including mislead the consumer. Just be aware of what exactly you are signing. More
