The professionalism of the "General Manager" was the WORST I have seen in any service industry. I waited 6 weeks for a custom order vehicle and right before the vehicle came available the trade value mi WORST I have seen in any service industry. I waited 6 weeks for a custom order vehicle and right before the vehicle came available the trade value miracolusly plummeted on my existing vehicle. I explained I wanted the vehicle I didn't need the vehicle and I would request a full refund if the original deal couldn't be honored as originally negotiated or at least somewhat close. The salesman went as far as telling me there is a war going on and trade in values have decreased but the value of the vehicle I ordered went up? I went into the location and the general manager sat behind the counter the entire time with his arms folded while basically dismissing anything that I had to say. The condesending tone and daemenor was completely uncalled for. I explained I lived locally, thats why I visited the dealership. I expressed my concerns of speaking to the actual owner and the general manager said he has been in this industry for 36 years and I speak for the owner! If you want to be treated with respect I HIGHLY suggest you DO NOT visit this dealership. I didn't know spending $72,000 on a vehicle warranted ZERO customer service or respect in 2022. More
