Misleading to get a sale The sales man was nice but the dealership is very misleading and putting getting a sale above anything else. My wife went in to try and get out of her lease early and into a ford. Ford was able to help her when other dealerships like Honda couldn't. She was alone and they took advantage of her. They kept telling her the payments would be one price and when she signed the paperwork she didn't check and didn't notice that the payments were about $100 higher then they promised her. Then she had to come back to the dealership a day or so later to drop off the down payment. Her dad dropped of a check and we thought everything was good. About a month goes buy and we get a call that they never received her down payment and refused to give her the plates until she pay it. Meanwhile the dealership acknowledged her dad dropped off the check and they lost it. She gave them the money so she could get her plates and asked them to wait about 5 days so she could get her direct deposit and they could cash the check. They said that was no problem and they cashed the check right away and the account went negative. I don't understand why they waited a month to tell her they lost her down payment. This dealership will do anything to make a sale including mislead the consumer. Just be aware of what exactly you are signing. More

UUUUGGGHHHH!!!! I purchased a pre-owned 2015 with only 12K miles from them, with an extended warranty. The Salesperson was great, but.... They apparently sell your contact information to marketing firms. I've had OVER 100 marketing calls from companies (not Ford) trying to sell me an extended warranty. They know my name, my phone number, and the make/model/year of the car. The ONLY way they could know that is if the DMV, my insurance carrier, or THIS DEALER sold them that information. Since I have never had this problem in the past, I can only assume that THIS DEALER sold them my information. They have stalked me on my home phone and cell. I have asked every caller to take me off of their call list, and am on the Do-not-call registry. STILL the calls have persisted for over 6 months, often from the same phone numbers. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE More

after - sale nightmare bought a nice 1 year old truck. needed brake work, they repaired not to specs, we checked with ford. they left old brake pads on and cut the front rot bought a nice 1 year old truck. needed brake work, they repaired not to specs, we checked with ford. they left old brake pads on and cut the front rotors for a pulsation. cant do that by the book. then we have a squeek in the dash area, mechanic told me that its a truck it squeeks, thats it. Then i was told that i was "particular" very nice to say that to a guy who spent $30,000 with you. appreciate that. They also ruined my grill which i had painted the day before with there sub par detail services. they didnt even offer to fix it or replace it. unreal. you will be hearing more from me. thank you. the sales process however was easy and quick and staff is very friendly. except for the guy who called me "very particular" More
