This place was by far the worst experience of my life. I bought a car a year ago that was defective. I gave the dealership a year ( the warranty provided time) to fix the issue. They admitted after a year that this problem they could not fix. They could not find a new car for me. They did not have anything in my price range. They kept hiring and firing people who were dealing with my situation in which I had to keep explaining the situation to new people. I had to speak to the owner . He was nice and offered me options. They found me a new car to replace the old one, one week before I moved across country, after I tried for months to solve the problem. They gave me the new car without approving me. They let me drive it for days in which I packed all my belongings because I was moving.They wiped myold current car payment account clean without telling me and without approving me for a new account. They then said they were not sure if they could get me approved for this new car they gave me.So I had a new car in which I wasnt approved but if I could not get approved would have nothing to go back to!! A day before I had to move across country, they got me approved.Orignally, it was said by the sales manager I would have a car at the same price I was paying for the other. When I went to sign, it was $40.oo more a month! I did not even have a choice at that point but to sign as I was leaving that night to move and did not have a car. I have not even made my first payment to this new car and the transmission is slipping.I cannot call and speak to anyone who knows about my situation because everyone I dealt with a month ago, is already gone. Quit or fired. It is unreal. I would take my word for it and do not purchase anything from there. More

I ran accross Mich about three years ago at a chevy dealer in Pt. Pleasant which has since been clased by GM. There was Mitch now working there. He was very helpful& knowledgeable. The negotiations were fair & friendly, no high pressure, just a dealership wanting to earn my business. I was very satisfied with the price I got and would highly reccommend these folks. More
Throughout the past 15 years I have purchased several new cars; some experiences better then others. I have dealt with salesmen whom actually looked slimy and I grew to expect the 6-7 hour wait for bank appr cars; some experiences better then others. Let me just say Seacoast Chevy located out of Ocean, NJ broke the mold of my expectations and set the standard HIGH in terms of what a car buying experience should be. I'll be the first to admit my credit doesn't rank amongst the more favorable in most creditors eyes and when I initially called Dr. Popper the only promise he made was "I'll see what I can do"...he didn't fill my head with false hopes and he kept me informed every step of the way. I had called in on a Monday morning and when I arrived at the dealership the following Thursday to take delivery of my new 2012 Chevy Sonic the only I had to do was sign the paperwork! I was literally in the dealership for less then 30 mins and it is such a friendly, warm atmosphere I almost didn't want to leave. I walked in knowing exactly what I was getting and I left wholeheartedly believing I got everything expected and more. I highly recommend Seascoast Chevy to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle; I know who I will be calling in a few years when I will again be in the market for new car. Darryl Popper is unlike any salesperson I have dealt with; he was genuinely excited about my purchase and not once did I question his sincerity. I can't thank him enough...I have been considering get his name airbrushed on my new car! More

This was the 14th vehichle I have purchased and wish I had delt with Seacoast from the very first car I bought. The transmission in our daughter's car went recently and we had quite the dilemma. She is still in college and needed reliable transportation to get her to and from school and internships. We began shopping preowned thinking a new car was out of the question. We looked at many dealerships and many types of cars. What we found out was the price of certified preowned was high. A friend recommended we go talk to Darryl Popper at SeaCoast Chevrolet. They said he would help us find the right car in our budget. He did exactly that and what we ended up with was not a preowned but a new Chevrolet Sonic. I can't say enough about the whole experience. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone at this dealership. We talked price, went home to think it over for a few days, and weren't bombarded with phone calls like other dealerships we visited. He repected out needs and price point. Not showing us things out of our range. When we made the decision he had everything ready to go no hassel. I would strongly recommend shopping here for your next new car. I know we will. I have dealt with their service department in the past for our older vehicles and have never had a problem or long wait. I have nothing but confidencse they will stand behind this car for the time we own it. More
