I struggle to comprehend that GM designers are complacent with a 4+ hour flat rate to replace an alternator? If its that hard to get to then its either a poorly engineered system, or their confidence in the reliability of Delco alternators is misplaced. More

Always friendly, but a bit slow I never have any issues when I go and everyone is always very friendly, my only grievance is that I'm too often under quoted on how long service will I never have any issues when I go and everyone is always very friendly, my only grievance is that I'm too often under quoted on how long service will take. I've never been able to get out in less than an hour for an oil change and that can be frustrating after constantly being told it'll be 45 mins or less. Thinking back, even when I purchased my vehicle the detailing took far longer than we were told and we ended up having to sit around waiting for it. It's a smarter practice to overquote, then customers would be pleased when the time is shorter than anticipated. More
