I called Stanton in CT and scheduled the service. It took 1.5 hours waiting for a simply scheduled oil change! About 45 minutes into the wait, they tried to sell me tires, saying mine were too worn to rotate. But when examing them together, the tech agreed they had at least 20,000 more miles of wear. Plus, while driving from there to MA I noticed a cut in the leather on the console top that was never previously there. If I were not from Wisconsin, I would be going back to make them replace it. Poor service, negligent car of the customer’s vehicle and unscrupulous selling pressure. More

Service stabilitrak and traction control light on I had my service stabilitrak and traction control light come on. It gave me the DTC codes of CO710 and CO0455. I asked the service advisor Rich if thi I had my service stabilitrak and traction control light come on. It gave me the DTC codes of CO710 and CO0455. I asked the service advisor Rich if this service was covered as either a warranty or a service bulletin and was told it possibly was. Then I received a phone call stating it was not covered. I provided the service advisor Rich with the service bulletin #'s directly from the GM website. The service bulletin # is PI0639A. Rich also checked his computer system and also pulled up the same service bulletin #. He said he believes this was going to be warranted by GM and he would get back to me. Then he called the next day and said it wasn't covered and it would cost me about $500 which I questioned over again and eventually paid when I picked up my truck. The actual service bulletin states the same exact issue that I had. They replaced my steering wheel position sensor GM # 20910871 but charged me for this. I believe this should have been covered by GM and not by me. There is proof of a service bulletin with this same exact issue that is specific to my vehicle which is a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado. Please feel free to email me if there is anything else I can provide to you. I would really like to be reimbursed the monies paid for this service that I believe was supposed to be covered under a GM warranty. Thank you, More
