Had to bring back the car twice to fix a simple issue My wife's Encore had a security light on dash. Per service department,we replaced the battery in the key knob. When that didn't fix the issue,plus car My wife's Encore had a security light on dash. Per service department,we replaced the battery in the key knob. When that didn't fix the issue,plus car would not start now,we brought it into the dealer. I told them it had a bad battery and security issue. They updated the software,but didn't replace the battery. So my wife had to be jump started twice!! Third time at the dealer was the charm. I am very disappointed we had to go there 3 times. More

Service department needs more improvement. Need to inform your service consultants to think before they speak. Was in for replacement part that had to be ordered. He was tied up upon my arrival so either Josh or Jason came out to write up the order. He looked through the wheel of the front tire and told me that the brake pads looked very worn. I told him the truck was in the previous week for a complete 18000 mile service and the tech reported everything was ok. The previous appointment was with Mike Griffin. Does this mean the tech did a poor job or someone looking something that was unnecessary at the time? Brake pads can be worn but still be within the min parameters. Which ever this doesn't look well for your dealership or my confidence with it. Still seems to be some sort of issue everytime I'm there for service. More

She kept me uptodate on every situation..which gave me a peace of mind .I could go on but it would be montonous and redundant..She provided an exceptional service and last but not least a big shout out to the shuttle drivers..very courteous fellows👊👊. Slow but methodical service! So I had a very unique situation with my 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV. when I went to press the button the vehicle will not start. There was no crank no So I had a very unique situation with my 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV. when I went to press the button the vehicle will not start. There was no crank no mechanical noise whatsoever. The vehicle was initially repaired by alderman Cadillac in which they claimed it was a key fob issue. I got home in the vehicle would not start again. I decided to have my vehicle towed to Scranton Buick GMC Cadillac because of how late they're service hours are. David. My vehicle diagnosing it with an ECM failure. I picked up my vehicle only to find out the next morning that it would not start again. The vehicle was towed back to Scranton and they took their time correctly diagnosing the problem. they called and help when they needed help and they communicated frequently with me about what was going on. I will say that from time to time I had to call in to check in and find out what was going on but nonetheless they did an exceptional job and my vehicle runs great. During both visits Mike Griffin and Josh where my service advisors. And a special thank you to Beverly, who put me in a like for like vehicle loaner during the majority of the 4 week repair process. The new general manager or service director I'm not sure what his titlen is, Keith Selander, is going to be an absolute asset to the dealership. Components that were not covered under my warranty and not covered by general motors, Keith fought hard with GM to get money to cover the cost of my repair given the Mis-diagnosis of the problem the first time around. I live 30+ miles from this dealership....it will be my main dealer going forward. More
