I told him my truck was in reduced power mode, and check engine light was on. He immediately wrote up a work order, and said he would get back to me as soon as possible. Great customer service I came in with a car that I had bought in another dealer. Josh who was the person who took my info was very helpful he went above and beyond in order I came in with a car that I had bought in another dealer. Need more follow up I took the vehicle in for service several times now since I own it in the last year. It’s a new 2017 GMC DenaliHD with 8200 miles.
