Service done right I called over to have my Cadillac Escalade ext looked at because the blower Motor would not shut off . Above and Beyond I've come to expect excellent service, professional friendly staff and dedication to detail from Scranton Motors. But they never cease to surprise me. I've come to expect excellent service, professional friendly staff and dedication to detail from Scranton Motors. But they never cease to surprise me. I brought my vehicle in to for a check engine light and ended up replacing the thermostat. While talking to the service writer I mentioned that I heard what sounded like a rock hitting the drivers rear quarter panel and that when I hit a bump it felt like I had hit a wall. I have no idea what it was but when I drove off the lot it had been fixed and it didnt appear on my bill! Thank you Scranton Motors for once again exceeding my expectations More

Painless air bag recall visit Arrived at 720am, grabbed a coffee from the wait area, then was processed quickly and then driven to my work, ended up arriving 15 min early! By 915 Arrived at 720am, grabbed a coffee from the wait area, then was processed quickly and then driven to my work, ended up arriving 15 min early! By 915 the air bag was replaced and at my request I was picked up at my work and drove my car back to work and was able to drive home at my normal time. Overall very satisfied, Scranton Motors has always been a excellent dealership in my opinion. More
