Instead of offer me the extended warranty she went ahead and diagnose my truck for $800 in service work which would’ve been covered by an extended warranty if she just offered that to me upfront telling me everything that needed to be fixed would be covered by an extended warranty she mentioned to me that I was out of extended warranty. Every time I come in here I feel like I’m just hurried in and hurry back out to get me in an out. I am just really disappointed on how I was treated. Once she called and told me how much it was going to be and that there’s nothing she can do for the extended warranty I told her don’t do any work on my truck but there was already $400 worth of work done without my OK. So you can see how I could be upset. I have been burned by yourselves department and now I feel taken advantage of by your service department. That’s two strikes and I don’t see anything ever changing. More

Worst ever! For two years this dealership jerked me around - telling me my car was working "within spec", only to find out the service group was wrong. My car was not working correctly, I made at least 5 trips to the dealer for the same issue, and then found out "oh, you're right - the car is not in spec and should be repaired". All I got for my trouble was an "we're sorry". This dealership does not know how to accommodate luxury car owners and should get out of the Cadillac business forever. Meg Scranton - has her name on the business - you would think she would at least return an email for a customer having an issue. Never responded! More

Courteous but no detail I dealt mainly with Romaine who was very nice and polite but needs to followup more and pay attention to detail. He didn't keep me as notified as I shouldve been AND Scranton Motors ordered the wrong grill for my car. So now after a week without my car it was returned not in original state. So now I will be inconvenienced yet again to drive all the way out there and leave my car for extended repair time for more cost to insurance?! I'm not satisfied at all. I made a specific point numerous times to verify the order of correct parts and reassured badly.i had to keep calling both scranton dealer and town line auto body...still now until new grill is ordered. Ug More

We did and left keys. We then had a call to a cell phone at 10:45 the next morning asking why car was there! The call went to voice mail... retrieved in the afternoon by which time the car had been sitting for over 1/2 day for a simple battery replacement! Then we were told it might be too late to fix it! Won't contact them again. I needed a new blower motor for my Buick, because heat/AC fan wasn't working. I contacted them for an appointment, and was told that I'd have to bring it in one day just for the diagnostic ($150) and then bring it back again so they could order the part and install it. Why wouldn't the dealer have parts on hand? So, I called my local mechanic to see if he could do the work, and he said "Sure." I brought it in the next morning, and by early afternoon it was done. The part was AC Delco, not a knockoff, and the whole job cost about $370, only about $100 of which was the labor. Why would anyone go to the dealer if that's how you're going to be ripped off and run around? More

Mike asked me if I knew where the waiting room was and I told him I did and he told me to wait there and he would come and get me when it was finished. At 11:55 I went to check and see what was happening. As I was headed into the service area Mike was coming to get me. I asked Mike what had taken so long and he said he didn't know. I feel that was not an appropriate answer. More
