I am not sure Previous visits to this dealership have always been satisfactory. They were efficient and knowledgeable. This last visit was different, I was told my car would be ready in one hour-two and one half hours later I was still waiting for my oil change and tire rotation to be completed. I saw my car being pulled into the wash bay and twenty minutes later I had to ask where it was-I was told that the the hi I Ian had gone to lunch. There is a difference in the service department that I was unhappy with. More

Check Engine Service I have been a loyal customer of Scranton Motors Service for the past 08 years. Each every time I have brought my cars in for service I am always treat I have been a loyal customer of Scranton Motors Service for the past 08 years. Each every time I have brought my cars in for service I am always treated very well and given a thorough report and explanation as to why my car is having whatever issue that it is. The service department has never made or even recommended any unnecessary repairs just to make an extra dollar or two. The Service Dept Staff are very friendly and professional at what they do. Beverly in particular is Outstanding and is always a pleasure to do business with. She is truly a Valuable Asset of the Service Dept. The Check Engine Light issue was quickly diagnosed and resolved. I probably spent no more than 02 hours from the time I entered the Service Dept until I exited the bay area. Please keep up the great work... Thank You. More

Unauthorized Charges/Work Not Performed I was charged for service that was not performed and/or not authorized. (Same issue as others here). Scranton refused to do anything to deal with or c I was charged for service that was not performed and/or not authorized. (Same issue as others here). Scranton refused to do anything to deal with or correct these issues (same issue as others here). Why go to a dealer and get ripped off when there are so many other better options? detailing my truck I brought my truck to Scranton because I thought they would do a good job detailing my truck. When I picked it up there spots that were not waxed and I brought my truck to Scranton because I thought they would do a good job detailing my truck. When I picked it up there spots that were not waxed and they did not clean and wax the wheels. They offered to take it back to fix the spots on the body. This truck is black and everything shows. I took the truck and left. I expected it to be done correctly the first time . In my opinion there was no excuse for giving it back to me that way This truck is and looks like new. I will take my business elsewhere. More
