The people who work at Scranton are just simply amazing individuals. Quite professional and so thorough. They wrre very patient with me answered every question i had and David went through every detail on hpw to use my car, showed me every bell and whistle it had to offer. Which was ALOT. Rocky explained everything about the finances and brokw it down so i understood where my money was going and why. I would absolutely rexxoment nobody but them! They make sure you understand that vehicle you are interested in buying and all of its features. The negotiation process is very easy, Matt, Tyler and David were fantastic to work with, and treated me very fairly. David again made sure we understood the vehicle at the delivery, and followed up over the phone a week later to see if we had any questions or needed anything from him. I have dealt with other dealers before, but Scranton Motors truly is in a league of their own in terms of serving and appreciating their customers. More

Great Place to buy a car I just bought my car here last week and had the pleasure of dealing with Jimmy Yilmaz. Jimmy was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the 2014 F I just bought my car here last week and had the pleasure of dealing with Jimmy Yilmaz. Jimmy was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the 2014 Ford Fusion that I purchased. He was funny and down to earth but more importantly listened to what I had to say and worked with me on the price to get it to where I needed it to be. I would recommend Scranton Motors to anyone. Chris the finance manager also did an exceptional job. I needed an extended warranty and Chris explained all the different options. I found the warranty that worked best for me and purchased it that day as well. More
