Even after I received my vehicle she followed up with some outstanding issues, made sure they were addressed, and completed. Everyone I dealt with was polite and courteous. When you walk into the dealer you are greeted and acknowledge right away. I have been to other dealers where people just walk by you and don't even look your way. I let him know I would be down the next day to look at a couple that interested me. When I arrived, he had them all ready and warmed up for me to test drive. He took the time to introduce my wife and I to other members of the team that we would work with if we decided to purchase. It created a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone we worked with was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us through the process. Tyler checked in a few times and when we inquired about a third key he got us one at no additional cost. They also offered to stay open late (past 8 pm) just for us. I can’t say enough about this dealership and the whole team!
