Waited too long for 2 tire change and oil change I had an appointment at 1. Dropped it off. I came back at 4:30, and it wasn’t done. I had to wait until 5pm before I was told it was done. Outstanding I was in need of a newer and reliable vehicle, I had researched your used car's online. I found one that I really liked. When I spoke to Bill I told h I was in need of a newer and reliable vehicle, I had researched your used car's online. I found one that I really liked. When I spoke to Bill I told him that I had a minimum monthly payment. While taking the car for a test drive, Chris in finance got to work on getting me approved for a loan. Not once did either of them make me feel pressured into buying a car that I couldn't afford with a much bigger payments. Not only did I get approved but I purchased a car that I wanted and my monthly payments and interest rate was lower than originally anticipated. This is the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle with no pressure! I got to drive my new car home the same night. It's a good feeling knowing I have a safe and reliable vehicle now thanks to Chris and Bill. I would recommend your dealership to anyone needing a new car. More
